Starbucks — Restaurant in Scotland

Poor customer service, the way your are spoken to by some staff is abysmal, at end of day I wish to spend MY money here, the state of the place is rediculous, tables with cutlery everywhere , size of the place and you struggle to get seat, when they do eventually lift , don't clean, which is poor in current pandemic, I feel sorry for the owner who has got franchise and obv, spent some money , to have this portrayed as his investment from poor staff , doesnt encourage you to return , food preparation not much better , must do far better , otherwise they will follow in the previous owners direction.revisited and 5 out of 7 free tables were cluttered with dirty...

Not a nice experience today. I usually order my Soya Latte and a cake and I am happy with it. Today I wanted to try another Latte I received an offer email about. Never again! It was Honey Hazelnut Oat Latte. So I make my order at the till and then I am opening my Starbucks app, this can take a while to load and I hear 'Are you paying?'. So I replied 'yes, with a card'. But that actually did not seem right at all. Then I sat down with my superLatte which appeared to taste awfull. It was extremely sweet and had another weird taste. I decided I was better to leave the rest of it as it was literally making me sick. Waste of money and a very unpleasant experience...

Very disappointed my husband and I was in your kirkcaldy cafe with our dog and a small sainsburys trolley with 2 bags as I have c.o.p.d.and back problems my husband has had 2 strokes we were told the trolley wasn't allowed but dogs can sit on seats and prams are allowed I was told there isn't enough room for them there was plenty room as there was 73 empty seats a trolley takes up the same room as a pram .If my husband goes in with his mobility scooter it is bigger than a trolley I would like to see them stop him from going in with it also I think the staff could be a little more compassionate very cold atmosphere very...
