As with McDonald's, I am amazed that so many claim to never eat at Greggs and yet the shops are highly successful! 😉 We love a treat at Greggs, from our favourite sausage rolls, to the simple, yet excellent, steak bake, to the passionfruit-mango pastries. Always friendly, quick service and value for money.

Stood for a filled roll and the gentleman served the guy in front a hot roll and stated that's it for food as I have turned the light off?? I was the only one there. I asked for roll but stated No hot rolls served after 11.30. It was 11.30 the arrogance of the guy I just walked out. Great customer service NOT. Go someplace else if u want...

Had been to perth and as with kids they started to feel hungry. Instead of going to the supermarket we stopped at Greggs. We bought a lot but all the food given was cold. I know they mention on ads saying eat it cold or hot. We should have been given the option and asked while serving. Coffee...
