First off I'll admit, you will perhaps hear that this place isn't as good as it once was. I agree, however I don't agree in rating it any less than 4 stars. A great beer garden, an above average pub grub menu that you can't go wrong with. Great deals and most of all , great staff. Live music and good seating arrangements to suit any sized group. I have never had a bad time here and it's due to the service , pricing of food and drink and quality music they have on weekly :) I wish that it didn't look like a wannabe spoons but it's just the companies decision to go this direction. Went in last night with my hubby for some food, read previous reviews and we were not disappointed. I had the Hawian Pizza and my husband had a burger both were absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced...beer was also lovely. Service was outstanding very friendly and welcoming and as there's always one who stands out slightly more I want to say thank you to Colin who made us feel very valued as customers and was very informative regarding upcoming bands and events...oh and best place to get a taxi...not so easy in Perth on a Monday night. Visited last week, drinks and some food with my work mates. After waiting 45 minutes for our food (allowing for some extra time since it was a busy Friday) we were told that the kitchen hadn't received the orders, even though payment was taken from each of us and one of the group had received their food.

We were then told it wasn't their fault and were made to feel like an inconvenience for asking again.

No apologies or anything offered, just; you're food is cooking now.

I wonder if we hadn't asked, would we still be waiting for...
