Greggs — Restaurant in Scotland

Greggs is famous where I come from. Its where you go for a treat- sausage rolls, sandwiches, donuts etc.

I'm sorry but the one in Clydebank is very poorly laid out and uninviting. Dull. Too "self service" and I don't like the "hot self service" area at all. Especially as it's in between the fridges.

I walked out and didn't buy anything cos I was nudged out of the way by a team member replenishing what looked like potato wedges. When did they start selling those? And why?

Please Greggs, develop some...

Was In today with my dad and he spilt his latte all over him the chair table floor member of staff I think her name is Rachel was so nice she made sure my dad hadn't bunt himself don't know how he didn't and she got Him another latte Rachel knows what customer service is I used to work at mcdonalds and know great customer service when I see it...

Had a baguette from here today, the filling was completely coming out of the sandwich when I opened it, was like someone made it with their eyes closed, I had to literally shove the chicken mayo back in with my fingers, not the ideal for a Saturday lunchtime....
