Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

This subway used to be really good a few months back, but since all the new staff have came in, it's liked they couldn't be bothered. The line just gets bigger and bigger as they are literally look like there taking there time. Some will even stand looking at u, or have chats with there mates. I have noticed there is one girl worst than the rest, dropping sauce bottles in the salads making a mess and just leaving it there for the staff next to her to pick up few secs later. It's really unacceptable for the money I'm paying for, and makes me want to come back. The point of fast food is to be fast not walk about like they are in daydreams. Also seem like they don't like sharing there salad, as when I asked for some lettuce, the worker put less than a table spoon on. Then after asking for more, he picks up like 3 small bits🤦🏼‍♀️😂I shouldn't be laughing but it's thay bad u can't not. I hope this gets sorted soon, I won't be back...

My mum use to love going to this subway, we went here yesterday, and she got a 6 inch sub, she hardly toasted it, num doesn't eat meat so asked for lettuce onion and light mayo, she barely put anyone on it, when mum left and she was trying to eat it on the way home, the bread was stale and clearly been laying out, it was rock solid, there isn't a large option of beg options like there use to be. The staff memeber couldn't be anymore uninterested in serving us, speaking quietly and quickly asking anything else, then the price which I could barely hear, £4.90 for absolute rubbish. She couldn't eat it, also I noticed she never offered me a reciept. So don't even have something to feedback a complaint about this, avoid it...

A visit to Subway in Clydebank on a Sunday afternoon. It was relatively quiet but a queue did form but this was due to staff supporting was I suspect was a new member of staff. Supporting staff were great and before long all had their food and the queue had died down. I had the steak and cheese which was stuck to the wrapping and a bit of a mess but it was tasty and presentation was just down to new member of staffs experience. The food was hot and tasty. The tables chairs and floor etc...
