Took an hour and twenty minutes to deliver 1 pizza to my address which according to Google maps,is a 1.2,7 minute drive.the order was more than £4 more than the price of the pizza without the delivery.meaning delivery would be £4.20.called the shop and encountered horrendous customer service.the employee said it was an old menu and prices had been altered but i have only stayed in house for 2 months and the menu came through the post.the phone seemed to then be passed around different employees,each with their own ridiculous excuses for not letting me speak to a manager.i was then told to call back another time as there were customers to deal with and he proceeded to put the...

Do not order from here. Ordered a carbonara for £5.50, and asked for no mushrooms. Arrived full of mushrooms so phoned to complain only to be told they're pre made and come that way... £5.50 for a microwave meal? Then they sent a macaroni up for a replacement, and they left the sticker on the tub that says "after defrosting do not refreeze, supplied frozen" so I was right, paying money for a frozen microwave meal. Btw the macaroni was an absolute disgrace I wouldn't have fed it to the dog. Garlic bread came burnt to a crisp as well. I ordered a pizza meal for 3 which comes with 3 bags of chips and 3 cans, and the pizza come with two toppings- I then asked if I could have extra toppings on my pizza and I would pay the differnce however the staff were refusing to let me add more toppings and would not allow me to pay for extra toppings.
