Travelled 35 mins to eat here for my sons birthday meal soon as I arrived I I chose noodle soup put it in bowl and disgusting black hair in it obviously as anyone would be I was instantly put off by this I spoke to the staff who said it’s not their fault it’s a customers !! Unfortunately my kids had already started eating and I didn’t want to ruin the birthday meal for my son so I chose not to tell the kids and just told them I wasn’t hungry but while sat with my kids the staff went past me every 5 seconds staring obviously to make sure I wasn’t eating I mean seriously as if I’m going to eat absolutely anything from here kids say food is not the best and they have had a lot better else where the staff made me feel very uncomfortable and it’s clearly ruined tge birthday meal I would definitely not recommend this place avoid and go somewhere a lot better I wish I had done...

Discusting attitute shown by the owner... When i highlighted the thick dirt above the ice cream his response was histerical. He claims that dirt dosent fall down from above. Clearly he has no consept of Health and Safety to Children or customer service When i complaned at the counter again he told me, and my two children to not to come back. Best bit of all was he over charged my three year old for an adults meal. Under no circumstances should anyone go there, not a alone for the owner, clearly someone who lacks any understanding of how to run a business but for this fact alone. If a business that serves food and thinks thick dust above ice cream that children are eating is ok, then whats the KITCHEN like.. I can only...

I took my 5 year old granddaughter this afternoon to the buffet. £10.50 per adult £6.50 for children. We arrived at 3.20 pm. The highlight of the meal for my granddaughter is the chocolate fountain. I asked management if it was broken and was told no they didn’t switch it on until 4.30pm when the dinner buffet comes on and the prices go up. We bought soft drinks and waited till 4.50pm so she could try the chocolate fountain before she left. She kept going up to see if it was on yet to no avail. Disappointingly we could wait no longer. They watched us walking out the door and I turned round to see them now turn it on. So not very child friendly are they !!!!! They were determined not to turn it on while she was...
