As per usual with Wetherspoons,I can't think of much to complain about. The prices are reasonable, the location was brilliant, right in the centre of Broughty Ferry, and it's easy to find free parking very close to the pub-whether it was further down the street or just around the corner on the sea front. The room was clean and well presented with tea and coffee facilities, free WiFi, as well as an iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer. The only issue is probably the size of the room; they are small. Every time I went into the bathroom, the door banged against the sink because it wouldn't open fully, and it's a struggle filling the kettle under the tap because the sink was so small. However, they were minor issues, and as we were only there for 2 nights, it was a small price to pay for the location. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and if you go,look out for the great Dennis the Menace and Gnasher sculpture at the back, and Winkie ,the heroic Broughty Ferry pigeon.

Let me start this review by saying, what a wonderful car parks and valet service! we paid a small boy in the Wetherspoons to park our car and he kindly kept the engine running and the seats warm for us the next day. The rooms fantastic, especially the free bread that was on our pillows as we got in. What a lovely touch! The showers were like an authentic experience of having a shower, deeply deeply, showerful. Our only complaint was that all the pint glasses were made out of wood which gave my 45 year old son a lip splinter that mummy had to remove. I would like to take this moment to really thank all of the lovely staff for being so kind to my son even when he ran behind the bar to try and steal the pickled eggs, barefoot. I will be recommending to all my friends and everyone else I meet. I almost don’t want to recommend because it feels like a lovely lovely little secret for just me

Room 15, a double and two single beds but also can convert into an accessible room as lift just outside and room has a large accessible bathroom. Room looks on to the courtyard so you will hear some chatting going on from folk in the beer garden.

Second time staying at jollys, location us fantastic, food is well priced and really good, won't leave hungry Drinks per round for 2 under £7 again you can't complain. Rooms are everything you need, shower temp changes from hot to cold a lot, and the pressure isn't great but it won't ruin your stay
