KFC Dumfries - Cuckoo Bridge Retail Park — Restaurant in Scotland

I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO GIVE NO STARS. You’re staff is so DISGUSTING and ARROGANT. Your workers do not have many experience of working in fast food outlets and the photos I have sent are that your staff do not clean them up properly and leftover food is spilled everywhere and juice/water which is very UNSANITISED. Your workers go to Kebab shops and see what one little mistake which is “wrong” and immedtialy report that as if it is a big mistake. I wanted a cup of water to take my tablets as I am a patient of heart disease and I could NOT take them as your workers did NOT give me any. I wanted tap water nothing else. Whoever the owner of this place is, they should IMMEDIATELY shut down the place as there are young workers of no experience, workers of under age of 18, CHILDREN ARE WORKING IN THIS PLACE; NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. There is also NO SOAP at all in the bathroom how on earth are people going to wash their hands without sanitary?...

Well where do I start..... Went very quiet dirty tables dirty floors thought they might have had a rush on so gave it the benifit of the doubt ordered meals boneless banquet a popcorn meal and a snack box served quickly staff had no convo just are you wanting to go large that's OK not everyone can talk to folk asked for salt they had none nor pepper no mayo either asked what they do have told red sauce that's it went to the table side was cold meal was cold anc the chips were like wedges cooked beyond the relms of possabilty possibly from sitting under heat lights Nat a very happy experience maybe it's closing down and the staff have stopped caring shame tho because it let's the good KFC name down if this was my first KFC I wouldn't be back in one but it only takes one bad apple so I won't be back at this store anytime...

Where do I start, every single time I order from here theres an issue with my order.. missing items, undercooked food, rude staff the list goes on place needs either re management or SHUT DOWN. Was told on the phone would be compensated for my order when I got their they said they didnt say that on the phone when one of their colleagues clearly did me my wife and grandma all heard it. Will never be back gave it 3 chances thats definitely the last straw. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND WORST IN UK.

NOT ABLE TO REPLY - Your stating to reach out directly... and you'll address my concerns... CLEARLY FASLE as I was at the Restaurant having to travel twice, and you told me the person on the phone didnt say they were gonna compensate me.. As a manager or whatever role you play its diabolical and you also didnt replace...
