KFC Greenock - Custom House Quay — Restaurant in Scotland

I will never use this place again for food, the first time I went 4 weeks ago I had to wait for 40 mins on food and there was only two customers being served, one guy standing doing nothing while the other girl did all the work and then I get spoke to really rudely by the manager when I asked for more sauce like it was inconvenience, 2nd time was on fri night and I ordered a rice box and two chicken box meals for my two kids. I was dissappointed that the rice box was a salad box and when I asked them at the counter if it has rice in it I was told " the order was a salad box" then I was left standing , nobody wanted or offered to change it for me so I went back to my table dissatisfied. My son gave me a piece of his chicken which was dripping with grease and the coating was hanging off it all gooey, then when I went to bite it I realised the chicken smelt weird , then when I peeled the thick piece of chicken away from the bone I could see it was still raw underneath and thats what the smell was it was raw meat. As a boy passed by me to take a meal outside I said to him and he said " I dont deal with that you will need to speak to someone else and left me sitting there. So I approached the counter and showed a girl the meat and told her it was raw, she said "thats not possible" and I showed her the pink translucent meat to be told "Im not arguing with you" in a angry manner, then I was told " I will give you a refund if thats what your after"! I was in disbelief as I was being treated as if I was lying to get a refund. I told her Im not looking for a refund Im just showing you the meat, I would have been happy with another piece and it would have been done. So I said well if your offfering I will take a refund becuse I was being treated so badly. I stood there with my fingers sticky with chicken for 5 mins while she abruptly took £2.20 from the till and practically threw it into my hand, I said what £2.20 ? and she said " well it was one pice of chicken wasnt it " ! not to mention the whole meal was ruined but I accepted it and left with my kids to the car. I left them there for 5 mins while I went back in to speak to a manager and because I was so shocked at the way I had been spoken to and dealt with as a customer. I was told that that same girl was the manager!!! I couldnt believe it ! I asked to speak to her as I wanted to speak to her away to the side so I wasnt making scene in front of all the customers, what I thought was the kind thing to do. So I proceded to the corridor opposite the toilets and she came with another male member of staff, I was very kind and calm the whole time and the first thing she said to me was " I brought him with me because I think you are going to shout at me " again I was insulted that she thought this as I was calm the whole time and I had zero intention of shouting, I worked in management for years and customer service and wanted the situation to be dealt with professionally. I politely said to her I think she had an attitude problem and the previous time she was the same, she then stormed away from me and shouted " Im not dealing with this this is a personal attack on me"! and left me standing with a new member of staff. I couldnt believe what was happening I couldnt even make a complaint about how I was treated. I said to the young guy who can I complain to and he said " sorry shes the store manager" ! he then asked If I wanted him to go ask her to come out again after I told him Im not here to give anyone grief I just want to speak to someone about the situation as I was unhappy. He then went back through the door to the kitchen and 1 min later I hear screaming and crying hysterically from the manager balling her eyes out and shouting in front of all the staff. There was people that seen me go in the corridor to talk to her and all the customers could hear and see her in the kitchen area crying her eyes out. worst atmosphere ever , full review on...

Unfortunately there is no zero ratings in this review. Because there is no way i will give them even 1 star, i just do not have a choice. We came today to order my food, i ordered in the kiosk, then went to the staff for him to charge my order. My bill was around GBP 16 and a change, to confirm that I was charged, i received a Ping Notification from bank. While I waiting for my order I realized that other higher number was being served before mine. So i approached the staff and told him. Only to tell me that i did not paid my meal yet. And how come i got the notification of the charge? And if if doesn’t, why i was not told by the staff that my payment did not went through. The laey manager came to intervene, only to tell me the same that the payment did not went through. I was showing her the summary account that i paid it already in USD amounting 22.28 to but she’s not believing it. This lady manager was the rudest person i ever...
