Kundun Glasgow — Restaurant in Scotland

I am a regular customer to this shop & spend at least £40-£50 every month minimum. The two man team at the counter is not up to the mark and have some sort of attitude issue. First of all they don't have a welcoming attitude, it seems like they are tired of serving the customers & exchange weird glances with each other. One of the chap while wearing a plastic glove was eating something and with the same hand started putting my order in the box instead of changing the glove first ,that is very off putting & unhygienic. Also they should give an itemised receipt of the order as standard. I asked for a receipt and he just gave me the card transaction receipt, when I asked him about price of the item, he gave me a vague reply. I am a regular customer and I like their Halwa puri But customer service is very very bad 2 man who worked there there attitude is very bad they treat you like you are eating breakfast for free and they don't respect their customer even they don't want to clean the table. Last time I went there I waited for 10 minutes for table than 1 customer left and I was waiting that someone will clean thats tablesbut no one came than i cleaned that by myself because my daughter was hungry. We always use Kundan sweets as they are very clean shop and layout of the shop is designed really well and spacious. Quality of the Indian sweet is really good and as good as the sweets in Delhi. Today we bought again our Deewali sweets from Kundan and we happen to meet the owner Rehman and very helpful and smile Razzak and there was another very helpful staff which I usually see every year and he is very very helpful I can't remember his name bit I did say hi to him.
