Landos Restaurant — Restaurant in Scotland

Tasty food however service and atmosphere was terrible. First of all when we have arrived it turned out that the restaurant turned into function room... There was probably about 20 very noisy people and noone from the service asked them to calm down. It felt like a very loud pub. We had to scream to each other across the table. Then we have learned that italian place has run out of pizza dough,waiter came back to us with only one menu card and was standing unpatiently above us waiting for our new orders. Drinks we have ordered at the very start were never served even though we have reminded waiters twice and at the end they were still trying to charge us for them!! Also should I mention dirty walls right next to your table or that should not be a suprise in british restaurant? We've had...

We stumbled upon this delightful Restaurant whilst looking for somewhere that would allow me to have my Dog with me and enough space to place my Rolator.

Right away the Lady owner cheerfully said ' Oh Yes Come on In '.

The staff were so nice with my wee Shnauzer 'Sophie', and our wee Connor and Harley, and the warmess continued to every Diner that entered as we sat near to the entry.

The Food is just divine, piping hot, delicious and portions that would fill the biggest of appetite.

Wee 6 year old Connor says Landos is his Faveeeee.

The menu has a large choice for everyones palate, and for the superior standard of food its exceptional value for money.

Fabulous 😀 Needed food before getting on the boat at Cairnryan and knew there were loads of places in Stranraer. Walked along checking places and knew this would be good, and safe. Lovely decor and tables spaced out. Staff were busy as they explained there were only two on the floor but we didn’t notice as they were polite and attentive. My hubby and son got the beef burger and were really pleased. I don’t eat meat, and I eat fish very rarely but I chose the battered haddock and it was delicious, with chips and a lovely bit of salad with honey mustard dressing.
