Leo’s Bearsden — Restaurant in Scotland

Like its sister cafe on Crow Road, has always been a bit poor on allergen control and dietary options. Returned today hopeful that the rebranding might’ve helped, with a new menu, but if anything it now seems worse. There are almost no gluten free options; a single menu item (yoghurt and fruit!) and no gluten free cakes. This time just left without having anything. Seems really shortsighted and unlike any other cafe in the area.

Edit: I’ve eaten here plenty times, with salad having been an option in the past. Gluten free bread was never available when I asked previously and is not noted as available on the new menu. What’s the point of marking one item “GF” and then being surprised customers don’t...

Leo’s in Bearsden is a hidden gem! The food is always top quality – fresh, delicious, and made with real care. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere every time I visit.
