RUINED CHRISTMAS!

Called at the start of the week to book our Christmas Dinner (like we have done for the past several years) we were told we would need to come in and pay the deposit at the shop, we said that’s fine and we will be in on Thursday (21st December) just off the phone from the most rudest and condescending woman who was talking to her coworkers saying ‘their name isn’t on the list, it’s as simple as that’ in an extremely rude and cheeky manner! I explained that we had called but she just kept saying they were full, that she had taken 15 bookings that night. This wasn’t the same lady who took out initial call so we asked to speak to her. She said no we can call back later. Then started talking over us and told us in a rather threatening tone to come down to the shop to sort it face to face. So now it’s the 21st December and we have no Christmas dinner. Again we use here a few times a week as well as used them for our Christmas dinner the last few years. Never have I received such unprofessional and frankly childish service in all my life! I then see on face book after our call they made a post saying they were full for Christmas 😂...

We ordered delivery tonight, we have been loyal customers against our better judgement for a long time after multiple mistakes and disrespect. An important part of our order was missing, then when we called to let them know we were asked "do you want it sent out now or next time?". We obviously wanted it tonight so we said "just now please". It took them 1 hour and 25 minutes to deliver a portion of chips and extra hot curry sauce. When it did eventually arrive, they had delivered us the small portion, instead of the large one we asked for. Thank you for the excuse to boycott your takeaway we have needed. Overpriced and the only thing it has over other Chinese places is the extra hot curry sauce, which admittedly I will miss but that is all. A great way to treat...

They tell you an hour. When you call to find out where your order is, they tell you its on the way. 20 mins later, phone back and they think you are going to pick your order up. Why would i order a home delivery to pick it up 2 hours later. Customer service is disgraceful. Not even a phone call to say oh your order is going to be later than the stated time over the phone. Lomond house need to get better staff and more drivers or dont bother doing home deliveries if they cant stick to there times they tell you over the phone. Was looking forward to my home delivery but yet again lomond house dont deliver when stated so i just cancelled it. They need to get their act together or they will lose alot of...
