Disgusting Service. I collected a takeaway that my wife phoned in when travelling home to Dumfries and after waiting 20 minutes longer that they said it would be, I arrived home to find some food missing. I phoned them back to say some of the food was missing and the person I spoke to, I believe he is called Simon said we didn't order it as he never wrote it down. I told him we definitely ordered it and he said my wife did not order it and started shouting down the phone that he only charged me for what we got so why was I complaining. Well I will tell you why because this is twice now you have missed food in my order and the last time you charged me for it but still forgot it. He wanted me to travel back from Dumfries to Annan to collect it and even after admitting it was his fault he would not deliver it. I told him that was not my point, it was the fact he missed out some of our food. Then his excuse was I couldn't hear her order because the kitchen is busy. If that's the case then ask the customer instead if guessing. He then said he didn't know why I was complaining because he didn't charge me for the food that was missing. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! I asked what he was going to do to get the food to us. He said and I quote "I can't do nothing and don't care" AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Only gets 1 star because 0 stars...

Brilliant service considering we arrived after 10pm. Quick with providing menus, quick with taking drinks order, allowed enough time to peruse the very extensive menu. My order was Lemon chicken with sweet and sour sauce, and house special chow mein. Large portion size, ate the lot. My wife's order was orange chicken, and vegetable rice. First I have to say the staff were very welcoming and attentive, so the review isn't a reflection of the service. However, we found the food overpriced and unremarkable. I don't believe the price correlates with the value of food. I could only finish half of mine and my husband felt ill immediately after the appetizer.
