McDonald's — Restaurant in Scotland

I went to get the food after the day out so got there when it was busy. Staff were very polite but were struggling with orders over the counter. I got overcharged so I went back to the and got a refund, I checked the receipt and noticed that I only got half the money back, so I asked again and after short brainstorm and some assistance from a calculator I got the rest of the money back. I waited for about ten minutes and got my order. There were a lot people behind me and after my refund holdup I didn't want to keep everyone waiting for me to check the order so I asked if they were absolutely certain that it was complete, I was reassured that everything is the bags. Was very disapointed at Dumfries McDonald's tonight I had my granddaughter on a three hour journey she is only two I thought I would break my journey by popping into the drive through I was just in the middle of the que waiting to get to the screen to give my order when a member of staff came out and said the card reader was not working they were phoning to try and get it fixed but had no idea how long it would take I had to wait a further fifteen minutes or so waiting on people who had cash to get served I unfortunately didn't have cash I'm so used to swiping my card so I eventually got out and had to continue on my journey without having anything to eat as it was getting late and I wouldn't get to my destination before it got dark I had to tell my granddaughter McDonald's was broken she...

Visited the drive-thru, the server couldn't have sounded any less enthusiastic about being at work is she tried, while placing my order all I got in return was "anything else, anything else, anything else..." she didn't repeat myborder back to me for verification either. I paid and took the food back to my family waiting in a hotel at the other end of the town.
