I went to get the food after the day out so got there when it was busy. Staff were very polite but were struggling with orders over the counter. I got overcharged so I went back to the and got a refund, I checked the receipt and noticed that I only got half the money back, so I asked again and after short brainstorm and some assistance from a calculator I got the rest of the money back. I waited for about ten minutes and got my order. There were a lot people behind me and after my refund holdup I didn't want to keep everyone waiting for me to check the order so I asked if they were absolutely certain that it was complete, I was reassured that everything is the bags. I got our food and drove home (over 10 miles). When I got home, we realised that we didn't get our fries, except the little one, his fries were inside the happy meal box... lucky sod.
