This morning I placed my order at the speaker the girl behind the speaker kept asking me to repeat myself instead of just asking me to continue to the next window if she couldn’t hear correctly. When I finally got to the first window I PAID and seen on the screen she got the order completely wrong after having to repeat myself 4 times. We asked for no egg on one meal and an apple juice which she completely messed up so I said to her about it she said she’d let the “kitchen know”. When I got to the next window I confirmed with the girl just before she asked us to park. We were sitting for 25 minutes before some person comes over asking if we’ve ordered anything ?? We confirmed the order and asked for ketchup’s (plural) to be put in the bag. Another 10 minutes passes and she comes strolling over with the order and only 1 ketchup put in the bag after asking for more than one? Where is the logic in that? 2 full meals with extra hash browns? Absolute joke. I then asked to talk to a manager who then started making up excuses saying they were short staffed yet that’s nothing to do with my order?. She says if I continue to the next window they’ll give me ketchup, which I done so and yet AGAIN left sitting for 5 waiting with no one at the window to then hear the manager talking about me to other members of staff saying things like “she’s got an attitude all over ketchup”. Read moreSuper slow, I had to advise how to fix the issue and state of my burger was terrible. I went to coatbridge after ordering on the app ahead of time for me.and my family. The app wouldnt register me there when I arrived so I went into the restaurant. I asked the colleague to register me there. She said i needed to register with their wifi. That didn't work so the girl needed to get a manger. I waited for a manager. No one appeared. I asked a colleague if she could enter the code on the app. She did this and found the order. The manager appeared and congratulated her for figuring things out despite it being me. I then waited another 10 mins Nothing appeared. Asked a gentleman and he said it was on its way. Still nothing came. I then told a manager I had waited 20 mins at this point and the restaurant including others after me were served. She apologised and said no one had told her I'd returned to my car and it had been sitting. I said I had been there the whole time. I'd never returned to my car. Feeble sorry and no compensation. I paid at the self order screen but the card machine wasn’t working so it asked if I wanted to pay at the till, I clicked yes. I was waiting with my number and heard “get 86 to pay they’ve not paid” I said I’m 86 the machine wasn’t working. The person serving me agreed the machine hadn’t been working all morning. I waited 15 minutes on hearing my number when I noticed the screen already had 86 showing so I asked if it was ready and the same woman (who I wasn’t talking to directly) shouted 86 hasn’t paid so no food, have ye paid yet? And before I could even respond the man who took my payment shouted yes she has the machine wasn’t working. Her tone embarrassed me and angered me. Her tone insinuated I was trying to get away with a free McFlurry and chips haha. She needs to fix her attitude before she scares away more customers than just myself.
