Absolutely disgusting behaviour by a so called manager or supervisor. Spent ive £30 on food to take away. Went to take a bite from the double cheeseburger and it was cold and had been sitting a while. Took it back in store to be asked what’s wrong with it and I said well it’s not fresh, then I got attitude and told not to be rude, about it. I then hear her talk to another colleague saying she’s not in the mood for people like me!!!! Like me?? Oh sorry I wanted a fresh double cheeseburger and wouldn’t accept your mediocre food. A fresh burger was made and then sat and watched it sit there as I waited, if she was sorting other orders I’d see the point of why I didn’t get it straight away but no seemed like absolute pettyness because I wasn’t happy that I got attitude for not being happy with 1 double cheeseburger Maybe if you can’t handle criticism maybe work elsewhere. He asked to speak to a manager to raise his concerns. Young girl called Briony attempted to deal with him, she really shouldn't have bother as she inflamed the situation. She never apologised for making the chap wait, instead telling him is he was unhappy at his wait in the drive thru, that perhaps he should come into the restaurant instead. What not to say to a customer! She made excuse after excuse and then walked away muttering out loud. Unorefessional to say the least, this was then compounded by an older dining area hostess telling the customer to chill.
