Read moreThis certainly is not my favourite McDonald's and to be honest service is going downhill fast. The staff sadly are stretched to say the least since deliveries started and you can't move if you go into the restaurant to place an order due to the number of deliver drivers waiting inside to collect their orders seem to have a priority. The set up is not acceptable and I feel as do many others that we have been pushed aside and they have a priority. Furthermore repeated shouts by staff towards the drivers is not acceptable, all you can hear is them shouting out order numbers and they way that I have witnessed some of the staff speaking to the drivers is not acceptable. The drive through is also not a good experience and either these day and whilst this McDonalds used to good I can unfortunately no longer say that this is the case. I witnessed 3 people ask for their money back due to waiting too long and running late for classes etc as a result. Some of these people had waited in excess of 20 minutes for a McFlurry! At around the same time a worker told a woman who had been waiting to order for 20 minutes that they were too busy to take orders at that time. Less than a minute after the lady walked out, they took an order from a man who had just walked in. When I finally got my veggie wrap at 19:43, I noticed that it said it had been made at 19.16! And by the temperature of my fries, I imagine they were made at a similar time. Everything was freezing.
