McDonald's — Restaurant in Scotland

The worst McDonald's ever in my experience today I'm used to going in to someone of them and having the half @$$ed poke of chips but they execided that custom today when I got 3 regular and it seemed to decline between the 3 the worst had literally 12/15 chips in it and I wouldent even say was quarter full... noticed this while checking my order was complete as I had a big Mac that had everything on it when I asked for only cheese and ketchup for my son... aswell as not realising my mozerlla sticks I ordered aswell at the end when it offers you the sides aswell as 1 drink was missing at that point I should have drove all the way back to ask for a refund to notice some of it was getting eat so I didn't make too much of a big deal about it as all I wanted to do is sit down with my family and eat what would have been dinner to be half way through my burger and put of even more as my partners had a lovely hair cooked into it ....that put off the rest so final thought I will never step foot in this McDonald's again even if I were dieing of Hunger but I strongly recommend this restaurant gets its act together before someone goes the full way and calls in the correct people to close it till it's up to standard as clearly it's not. The McDonald's is full off mall rats sitting up the back setting fires and ripping seats also its OK for a food fight especially when the mall rats are off school the staff seem to be frightened by 12 to 15 year olds and just give them a free paper straw to leave so they can terrorise the rest of the shopping centre covering the place in pipe bombs made from paper straws totally different from other places like America etc as they don't seem to have these issues especially with the people working behind the till most can't count there fingers never mind the change a £1.99 burger had actually cost £199 on my bank card was safe to say the money got transferred back within 4 working days and I had received the burger for free! Not a meal but the £1.99 burger i got free all in all Ronald McDonald needs a swift kick...

Ordered on the app for click and serve. Checked in when we arrived, thought we had made the correct choice with click and serve as the drive thru was right round and out on to the road outside. Waited just over 20 minutes for our food and ended up going in to ask. A young girl said I thought someone brought that out already. So I was then given my food left took it back to the car then realised an item was missing so had to go back in. When we got home which is literally 2 minutes away the food was freezing.
