Went to see this venue for a Bridal Shower Afternoon Tea today, arrived and people where waiting and could not contact inside as door locked, phone number on google incorrect and slow response to messages on messenger ☹️. When finally the owner contacted the waiting party after 20 minutes of waiting outside someone came to door. No apology just commented “are you the party that was late” she then proceeded to let them in and turning to ourselves asked what we looking for whilst still on phone to apparently her boss.😟 Regretfully this did not put this venue in a good light and we immediately decided not to book for our party of 20. We were so delighted with our wedding cake and bakes from Moonbeam Bakes. The main cake was absolutely delicious and the cupcakes went down a treat with all our guests. We had planned for cat cookies for favours but there was an issue with the cutter and so she sent the most beautiful Mr & Mrs cookie favours instead, keeping in with our colour theme! On top of this, to make up for the cat cookies (even though she really didn't have to as everything was already amazing) she went to the extra effort of sending us our own bigger personalised cookies of our cats, which was such a thoughtful touch and meant so much to us 💕 I could not recommend Moonbeam...

Absolutely shocking! Ordered an afternoon tea for mothers day as a surprise for my mum and it was over 2 hours late!!! Completely ruined the surprise as we has to tell her it was ordered but was late. Was not until it was already an hour and a half late that they posted they were running late. Completely gutted at this service and will not be using it or recommending it to anyone. Paid in full for a set time and to be let down so badly is Completely unacceptable...
