I had been in here once before and the service was great and the food I received was wonderful but unfortunately I can’t say the same for this time round. The staff had forgotten about half of the order and instead of taking the time to cook it properly, had just flung the hash browns into the fryer for a couple of seconds, and when we bit into our rolls , the hash brown was still frozen in the middle. They had also forgotten about making my partners cappuccino which had to be reminded when we received our frozen rolls. We have had several lunches previously and now have sat in for dinner. This is one of the very few places selling quality food in kilmarnock. The loaded fries are amazing. Burgers fresh and not bought in. Chicken burgers are actual chicken breast. It’s a shame the evening menu is a bit limited, but I still have no complaints. Hopefully in the future this quality establishment can expand the drinks and cocktails menu and increase the evening dining options. I am looking forward to a Friday steak night very...
