We stopped by after visiting Linlithgow Palace with friends and my toddler. Not only was the food great and staff extremely helpful, but the place is an absolute hidden gem for families!!! They had child-safe cutlery, high chairs and age-appropriate food. We placed our order 2 x coffees and a fruit scone only to be told there was only plain or cherry available. We opted for the plain. Said waitress obviously enjoyed her job as she sulked the full time. Our order was brought to the table just as another 2 customers sat opposite us, they ordered 1x fruit and 1x cherry scone and that’s exactly what they got. Totally unacceptable.
