DON'T waste your time and money ordering online as you won't get any food and neither your money back despite choosing to tip them as well while placing order... Worst customer service I have ever experienced so far and I don't often leave reviews, but this was a theft that will be reported further as well... While ordering food online for home delivery 'cos feeling unwell to go and collect, their website has asked for exact delivery location on the map... So I have tagged the exact house and added more detail instruction for delivery guy once here as reception on mobile not great in the house and I was looking out for it... Delivery time 55 minutes for takeaway that is 5 minutes car drive and after the 55 minutes it said on website it has been delivered when it wasn't, no sign of delivery car approaching house neither... Rang the takeaway to be told they couldn't find the house and that the address wasn't correct after marking it down to the exact house on their website, to which they said they don't see the map from their website... So prime example of technology failure... I have asked for it to be re-delivered just to be told I will have to pay another additional delivery charge that is already at hefty £5 for 5 minutes journey, despite it not being my fault that their ordering website isn't working correctly and is not providing them with correct address that is given by the customer to the exact house... I wasn't happy and told them I'm not willing to pay further delivery charges for something that is not my fault and that I will be requesting full refund instead as I haven't received my food and waisted 1 hour waiting for it... So I have requested the refund via website just to be forwarded to foodhub customer services operating service for this takeaway that just told me that the takeaway is refusing to refund me and are happy to charge me for food I haven't received thanks to their faulty website ordering system... The foodhub customer service guy told me that because I ordered directly through the takeaway website they won't be able to issue me with refund that I'm entitled to due to this mess not being my fault as they would have done that if the order has gone in through foodhub instead... So please save yourself from being robbed of your money and time and DO NOT use the takeaway website to order for food delivery as clearly is not working and you going to get charged for nothing to eat from Orkney's...

I paid £17.50 for a medium-sized kebab, which I consider expensive, as in London or other major UK cities you can get larger and tastier ones for much less. The salad for this kebab was generally very small, and who even thought of adding vinegar to it? The sauces were served in two small containers, which I think are too small for a large kebab.
