I canāt even give a 1 star review thatās how appallingly the service and food was during our visit.
We entered at 7.30pm the place was quiet we were seated quickly and told to order through the app
We had this ordered for 7.50pm the food didnāt arrive at the table until 8.30pm Now the place was quiet so there should have been no issue with this
The tables that were seated were waiting a while on their food which was sitting on the bar waiting to be served, the chefs shouted on the young girl who was serving to serve the plates all while she continued to stand at the drink bar and pretend to do something. Everything seemed an issue for her, with her cheek and eye rolls
We had ordered the meal for 2 that included your desserts so once we had finished they were due out
It took 40 mins for either of the girls that were dealing with the front floor to acknowledge our dishes all stacked ready for cleaning away and proceeded to continuously stand and do nothing
When finally acknowledged the plates she cheekily asked if there were any desserts we told her the order and she said they were just coming yet again rolling her eyes
In the process of saying for our desserts I observed a lady awaiting her take out order which had been sitting on the bar for quite some time she had asked the young girl twice if that was her order and both times she shrugged and walked away, watching that customer service from afar is off putting to any customer!!
Finally the dessert shows up at 9 freezing cold as was the main course and sides due to it sitting so long!!
This is ridiculous especially with how quiet it was the customer service skills could be doing with a brush up as that was ridiculous the way she was ignoring her customers and the way she spoke to people Definitely...

She initially ignored us, then pulled out her phone right in front of us and mumbled instead of speaking clearly. When we asked her to repeat herself, she became visibly annoyed.
We requested to sit at a booth but were rudely told no, with a dismissive attitude. She claimed the other tables were dirty, despite the restaurant being empty, with no other customers in sight. The atmosphere was so off-putting that we decided to leave without ordering, along with four other customers who seemed to have experienced similar treatment.
One of these customers, who appeared to have learning difficulties, was shockingly yelled at and told to āwait at the door,ā creating an extremely uncomfortable scene.
Overall, this experience was deeply unsettling. I cannot comment on the food, as the poor service and hostile atmosphere made us leave immediately. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location. The staff desperately needs training in professionalism and basic...

We have been visiting Pizza Hut chain with our own children and now grandchildren since they first opened and this is by far the worst we have encountered. Staff not interested in serving us and told to order at table ourselves or go to bar to order. How is this a personal experience. I was waiting to be told to cook our own pizzas to. The food standards have really slipped. The salad bar area was terribly unhygienic and lots of fruit flies around food so much so my 6 year old grandson pointed them out. Pizzas were substandard very sparse on cheese and I had to remind the disinterested staff we were still awaiting our starters. When they brought them the garlic bread with cheese was barely cooked. I wish I had cooked this myself. Iām sorry and sad to see this happening to what was very much a family favourite but itās went downhill. Sorry to say I wonāt be back and giving you our money for high priced poor food...
