Raads Takeaway — Restaurant in Scotland

Phoned to check order status as it was 15mins late, was told it was sitting waiting to be picked up by driver. Then waited another 15mins till it was delivered and it was cold. I phoned again and was told it was fresh made before leaving the shop which I knew was a lie, due to my previous phone call. I then waited a further 30 mins for my replacement which was again cold and minus a portion a chips. I phoned again and was told there was no way it could be cold as it was freshly sliced and boxed while the driver waited to bring it straight to me. I was then passed to another memeber off staff that told me they were the one who freshly made it and it couldn't have been cold. I work in a kitchen and know for a fact that meat was not upto temperature and I am disgusted with how they handled the situation. No refund, of discount on next order offered not even an apology. Can safely say I will never order...

I will never order with them again!! Raads has delivered the food to the wrong address and tried to blame me for it for putting the wrong address in even tho it was correct I tried to give them the order number just to prove it and they did not want to hear it so I called them 3 times asking for my food to be delivered and they were just ignoring what i was saying, the person who picked up the phone was very rude and when i asked for the manager she said he wasn’t in, even tho you could hear him and then they were ignoring my calls and finally after calling from the landline they finally sent the food and hanged up straight after, i have received my food but not even an apology was in place unacceptable to treat a paying customer like that, also tried to go to the address they delivered the food to and found out...

I ordered a medium kebab with extra salad and Chilli sauce this is what I got it's not a pitta bread it's a big thick bit of bread a teaspoon of sauce salad was fine so was meat when I called to complain I was told he made it himself he put lots of salad and sauce on and that the sauce of bread was new pitta I was laughed at and basically told f off I will be posting this all over social media and every review platform I can I will also be coming into the shop tomorrow to return it and get my 10 pound bk absolutely vile man rude unhelpful with no remorse I've used this shop for years and never been treated like this see you...
