Ravello cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

This place really made my day a few weeks back - we came in for a little treat in the afternoon, and actually couldn't leave without getting some extras to bring home. First off, for those who like a proper Italian espresso - THIS IS IT. Had two of those and had to hold myself back from ordering more. They also have these awesome Italian cakes and pastries that apparently get changed up for a bit of variety - the pistachio cornetto is and always will be my favourite so I instantly went for that, but pasticciottto is also a good shout. I also had their panzanella to go, which is this fresh salad with bread/crouton bits which soak some of the dressing up. Not gonna lie, I do love my pastries, but I think that panzanella salad was the highlight...

Gorgeous family-owned Italian bistro and café with authentic Italian coffee and food. The pastries and cakes were delicious. The pistacchio croissant was heavenly authentic and filled with the most delicious pistacchio custard, and not too sweet. The tomato mozzarella salad was also excellent with well-seasoned dressing and crispy sourdough croutons. The space is cosy and has beautiful decor, and very comfortable and size-inclusive seating with a sunny view on Byres road. The service was excellent! Can't wait to come...

My wife and I found this little Italian styled cafe yesterday afternoon and decided to pop in for a coffee. The staff were very friendly and inviting. We decided on just a quick snack and the owner who was italian took the time to explain some of the items on the menu that I was not aware of. We chose a coffee and an italian style cake each which were delicious. I would recommend this cafe highly as it is very cosy and friendly. The owner Luca took time to ensure we were happy...
