Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

Okay firstly my mistake I queried why they overcharged me 5p fur my coffee (for the cup was the avswer) that I did not query why they were not offering ceramic alternative... After all hour to kill befote flight and yeah anyway everyone sitting about with paper cups.... I checked later and they do have reusable ie ceramic but out of sight. They were keen to refund the overcharge but that was not the key part of the customer service failure. Bought the chicken casear wrap. My mistake. Bland no parmasan and no saltiness of bacon. This place never seems fast but was not slow just felt it.. So yeah of your going to charge £4.60 for a paper cup of coffee a bit more is expected. Tables regularly cleared....

Probably the worst and slowest Starbucks in the history of Starbuckses I’ve ever been to. 5 staff behind the counter and I waited 20 minutes for 2 small basic hot drinks (coffee and hot chocolate). Yes there was a queue but at one point the staff were just sat around chatting and laughing both on the toasting oven station instead of serving on the till. Some people that were served after me were getting their drinks before me. Seems like the staff on the till also does the drinks in some cases. Super slow and staff seem like this...

Way too slow (20min to buy a cold sandwich) mainly due to bad organization. A single cashier was taking order, taking care of hot sandwiches, filling some bottles (at the other end of the counter) and writing down names on cups. Meanwhile, just next to her, two other people were only making coffees. No wonder they were not very busy… This is very surprising coming...
