Read moreI would like to point this review at the server named Hollie.
Firstly, she seemed stressed, due to a staff shortage. However, that is no excuse to talk to and about the customers in the manner she did. Completely rude and disrespectful.
We placed an order online and popped in to collect it, hoping to save a bit of time. We were told 5 mins wait or so, but upon another staff member asking Hollie, she replied rather rudely 'well it'll just come after all of these, he'll just have to wait'.

A bit of customer service training wouldn't go a miss here, for what resulted in a very average coffee order made by Hollie.
For this, I won't be back.
If you're in the mood for bad customer service, a lengthy wait time and a flat and terrible atmosphere, this is the...
Read moreWent for a visit today 23/05/23 and from the very start of my order being taken i found the girl who took my order to be very smart in her voice.

I went to the window, i forgot to order 1 more item but she refused to allow me add it on at the drive through window and my wife had to walk in to give the order, as she did, all staff members walked elsewhere, and left my wife standing there waiting 10 minutes just for a coffee and a chocolate twist, totally disgraceful.
I always give 100% reviews and i can honestly say I'll NEVER be back there to experience this treatment again, all those staff members need new customer service training, because the atmosphere was horrendous, Costa Coffee next time, always great value and a nice smile there.
One more thing, their now cutting a small brownies into even smaller parts and charging extortionate prices just for profit, shows what they think of the customers, without us, the businesses...
