Very shady, they won't tell you that there is a promotion or a deal, they'll charge you the full whack (if they can get away with it). I've been there a few weeks ago and there was a deal you could get a 6 inch meal deal for kids for free (or very little money) with a footlong - I went in with my kids, no word mentioned, both my kids wanted 6 inch meal deal, I got a footlong, but did I get a deal? You guessed it right, I did not. I've noticed a poster on the window and even mentioned that to them but all I got was "you can get it when you buy a footlong NEXT time". I've been there today and actually clocked a deal which was any footlong for £4.99. Ordered 2 footlongs for my kids, they charge me the full price again! Unless you know what deal is available they will charge you a full price. Very poor customer service, very underhand. Food as you'd expect it in the Subway, very good, but the experience is ruined when you know you're getting ripped off. I won't be going back, will go to EK...

Awful customer experience. Got completely ignored on arrival, to an empty store, 1 member of staff slowly making a delivery order. She looked annoyed when we said we had discount/deal vouchers. She GOT annoyed when she had to warm the food up. She GOT annoyed I wanted everything from the salad selection. Put hardly any on. Had to ask for the sides for my meal deal. She was quick to ask if I needed both cups! Much eye rolling and pouting. Got home to a sandwich drenched in so much sriracha sauce. A deliberate effort to ruin my sandwich.
Will not be back.

The guy that made my sandwich had crud around his mouth 🤮Not sure why his assistant didn't say anything to him, I've been three times now but can't say I've enjoyed anything form here, I was looking for something different than MD's oh and my crisps tasted stale and the date was only good for a few more weeks but soon as I bit into them the texture was off and definitely the taste, infact the more I think about it the worse it gets, trying to leave on a positive note I can say I gave it a try but it's not for me and maybe you'd enjoy it...
