SYMPOSIUM coffee house Fraserburgh — Restaurant in Scotland

No covid rules followed at all. No staff had face coverings not asked about to fill or scan anything for track and trace. Toilet out of order. Tea made sat on counter 5 to 10 mins while they made coffee for our table Guy making sandwiches scratching in his ear then handling food no hand washing or gloves on glad never ordered food as made mr feel ill I visited on the 31st Dec. I visited symposium in Fraserburgh last Thursday after work. After having a rough day, I was beyond delighted by the service offered. The barista, Sydney, welcomed me with a smile and gave me excellent advice on what I should order. Symposium serves good coffee and tea. The mocha and the the flat white were good quality and the coffee connoisseurs enjoyed it.
