Tea Gardens Tavern — Restaurant in Scotland

Backward & sectarian are my lasting impressions. 1st and last time in the place. Bought a drink or two & went out for a cigarette. Met with an off duty, small, blonde barmaid who immediatley asked me "what team was I? I laughed thinking she was asking if I was gay or straight "This is a rangers pub" blah masons blah blah did you watch the game today blah blah we switched the tv off when Celtic were winning blah blah" I couldn't care less hen, I just want a drink and a laugh, not to be made to feel like I'm going to get my 50 year old sensible head kicked in cause I have the intelligence not to get involved in your pish. I wish i'd asked for 3 trebles just to see her reaction !!! And I don't even support a football team. I support people respecting and helping eachother through life. #hatespeech...

Place is a shambles ever since new owners took over absolute no care for there pub or there customers went from best pint in the town to the worst and the manageress with the brown bob has no customer service skills atall personally seen her ignore customers cause there not upto her standards also witnessed her scream and shout at other members of staff in pub in front of customers which is a shame as the two blonde lassies are a credit to the place are the only reason we still visit but only if there working there's no weekend entertainment either very poor I'd highly recommend going to the afton bae across the road where you will be guaranteed a good night with FRIENDLY STAFF and a good pint
