Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Scotland

All day breakfast is rubbish because u get it served cold and food is overcooked because it is held in a tray for longer than 20 mins. The tables were not clean when we arrived in morning as it wasnt busy only 3 customers in i had to ask for it to be cleaned. When food arrived the links sausage was cold and it looked shrunk, beans were cold as if straight out the can, the fried egg was also cold and yoke was hard. The only item that was edible was the toast. I did notice when I arrived how nobody was eating and only drinking coffee or tea. I won't be back until changes are made was really...

New cafe looks great shame about the service, the server behind the till was very unpleasant couldn’t even muster a please or thank you when asking for payment. We ordered x2 breakfasts then added extra items, the breakfasts came without extra items. Waitress was lovely and took our plates back to have them corrected. When she returned the items on our plates had been replaced with extra items instead of them being added. At this point we had given up hope just ate what we were given and left. Unfortunately we...

Just visited this place about 2.30pm today (17/07/23). Food arrived as we were eating some young boys came in with plastic guns and started firing them at different customers. The staff were watching this. When I approached the staff to ask them to deal with them, The STAFF TOLD ME TO GO GET SECURITY and he would get them to leave. I was a Customer trying to eat my food ....
