Turkish Food Club — Restaurant in Scotland

Waited nearly an hour for food. Phoned to complain and was told i could wait another half hour for replacement food or get £5 off my next order. I explained this was in no way acceptable and asked for my money back. I was told this was not possible as he'd aplogised. I explained this was illegal and that the food could be collected and my money refunded as it was now dangerous for me to reheat due bacteria forming on the food. Again I was told a refund was not possible. I will be contacting trade and standards and environmental health. £25 waisted on cold muck. WILL NEVER BE BACK...

Use to be a nice place to order food. Must be new owners. My partner was ill after eating chips cheese and coleslaw. Gave it one last chance and orderd from them agan. My other half went in while i sat in the car and i seen a member of staff trying to light the kebab grill with a match then stab it into the kebab to put the match out and rub his fingers and hand all over the meat. I could see him in the window the car was parked right outside the shop. Our order some of the chips looked black and hairy the kids chicken nuggets were half cooked and the pizza raw....

Really nice Doner Kebab! Very nice chilli sauce too, none of the awful watered down Tomato Ketchup like most other places use in Scotland. Thankfully no Ketchup in their chilli sauce. Nice Salad too, only thing I would add would be to have a separate bowl for the white cabbage and pickle and marinate it in white vinegar, salt and pepper for a week and add a bowl of red cabbage and do the same with that.
