Restaurant Review: Indian Cuisine

Today marks our third visit to this delightful Indian restaurant, and I couldn't be happier to share my experience with my two daughters. The service here is exceptional; the staff are not only polite but also attentive to the needs of their guests. They go beyond just introducing the dishes; they genuinely understand what customers are looking for in terms of flavor. This level of service is quite rare.

During our meals, the staff also took the time to explain how to enjoy the dishes to fully appreciate Indian culture. This added a unique touch to our dining experience, making it even more memorable.

Dish Highlight: Korma Chicken

One of the standout dishes we tried was the Korma Chicken. Its rich, creamy sauce infused with aromatic spices created a delightful blend of flavors. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, soaking up all the delicious spices. Paired with naan or rice, it truly embodies the essence of Indian cuisine.

Overall, this restaurant offers not just a meal but an enriching culinary journey that celebrates the vibrant culture of India. I look forward to...

Attended Saturday 1st February and the service and experience was nothing short of terrible. Waited over an hour for starters from the " special menu" staff chased them up three times and when they finally arrived they werent that special at all. Poorly presented and looked as if they had been sitting under a hotlamp for ages.

Around 5 to 6 tables had similar expereince at the same time as us. One table actually asked if they could just get a takeaway it was that bad.

Main courses eventually arrived and were ok. JUST OK. I have been before and championed the place in the past but it was truely terrible. Dont usually give many reviews but honestly it was that bad. i made management aware of my complaint on the night and even he said he would have complained.

Compensation on the night A LAUGHABLE PORTION OF SPICED ONIONS TO KEEP US GOING FOR THE HOURS WAIT AND THEN THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME DOUBLE ON OUR BAR BILL.

Make up your mind if your or a restraunt or a takeaway because you quite clearly...

The kurry lounge has 78 covers including 26 covers for private functions that can be sealed off from the other diners to give maximum privacy We ordered, chicken tikka (main course) Pilar rice,Madras sauce, lamb shank(on a succulent bed of thick sauce)peshwary nan generously filled with sweet coconut, I might add that these nan breads are oversized, possibly 2 1/2 times larger than most restaurants I have visited, and come to think of it the poppadoms were larger than normal too,we drank 1litre of Tennents and 2double expressed all for less than £40.incase you were wondering, yes,we did take a doggie bag away with us,so you know what I had for breakfast next day. We visited the kurry lounge twice and ordered a takeaway all in the same week of discovering the place. If you give it a try, I'm sure you would not be...

Very very tasty Indian food, we had chicken dupiaza (very fragrant, slightly spicy, rich in spices, juicy chicken that has been marinated to perfection), mixed vegetables curry was very tasty, it has lime zingy flavour to it. Chicken korma was excellent as expected, peshawari naan was the best we've ever had. Service was fantastic, very attentive staff and friendly owner.

Fantastic curry house in Hamilton! Super friendly staff and delicious food. Really reasonable prices as well. The owner is deserving of those awards. Just want to point out the curry house is on the first floor of the building so can be a bit difficult if you have mobility problems. Regardless of that, would hands down recommend. If back in the area will be coming back.
