What an awful experience this was - incredibly rude and sullen staff, who served around 15 people who'd ordered after us first, keeping us waiting 20 minutes for the most basic order. I had a donor kebab, which consisted of a styrofoam container of dry, old, kebab meat, with a kind of mini naan bread on top. Not on top of the meat - on top of the container itself. There was no salad included and non offered, and I badly regret not taking the only option available - sauce - as at least it might have moistened the meat enough to make it edible. My partner had the mixed kebab, which arrived in a box parcel taped shut. Same nasty old kebab meat, accompanied by lamb(?) and chicken chunks, on a bed of chips, with the same mini bread on top. Again, a 'kebab' consisting of meat and no veg. Or any structure. Or edibility. Absolutely drowned in salt, despite us saying no to the salt/vinegar/sauce option.

We are not people to waste food - leftovers are always saved and used in something. We are heartbroken to have just ditched almost £15 of food in the bin; it took us longer to try and work out - and ultimately discount - any possible use for this meal, than it did to realise just how vile it was. Wouldnt even give it...

I gave 3 stars for the food but wanted to give 2.5. It was a Sunday night and I think the staff were in a rush. No sooner had the food come out of the fryer then it was straight into the box for serving. I had a jumbo sausage supper, and I don't know it was cooked fully. The amount of oil in the box was off putting. My family all had fish suppers, and they were the same. They were tasty, but as said, I think it was all v rushed. Had the food been able to drip dry for a while, would have been much better. The chips were also quite dry, and felt like they were actually oven chips thrown in the fryer.

Staff were very friendly and polite, and the food was reasonably priced. There seemed to be lots of regulars coming in & out, which is a good sign. It may just have been a rushed order. If so, I'd happily...

Ordered a Large Kebab with extra sauce as per brochure on phone £12 for collection. Turned up at stated time and paid £12.75, OK. Stood and waited. 2 o folk came in after me ordered food and got orders. Someobe elase came in and another member of staff asked what I wanted and I explained I'd already paid for my order. They went to heated cabinet and he lifted ouf my sealed meal. No idea what I did to upset 1st guy where he didn't give me order. Donner Chips Salad and Pita fine. Lamb and chicken both black and burned and not fit to eat. Having driven out of town not coming back I won't recommend....
