It's still the best in Glasgow. I picked up a tiger bread and a malted loaf after an impromptu visit. It is always best to order your bread in advance but sometimes you'll get lucky. There are usually a variety of cakes and treats available after the bread is gone. Be prepared to queue as it gets busy around 10.00am. The staff are friendly and very helpful.Young James is the anchor now and his calm demeanor and professional efficiency creates a comfortable vibe for staff and patrons alike. Rather than show you the bread (I forgot), I took a picture of what I did with it. Avocado and (eggs also available to buy), with hot sauce on toasted Tiger bread.. there may be a James Martin portion of Artisan butter carefully concealed beneath the toppings.. I would highly recommend a visit but be careful it's highly addictive.. especially the brownies..but in a good way obviously

Look at these beauties! LOOK AT THEM. I'm a human raccoon and will eat anything*. Anywhere. Anytime. (*intended for human consumption, mostly) Others in my orbit have more delicate palettes and need occasional special attention. And Wild Flours nails it. Gluten free donut? That's Sci fi. The replicators on star trek would probably eject the damn warp core working this one out. They have wizards in that kitchen. Go visit them. They also do coffee and a mad selection of breads, pastry and other flavourful trinkets. Just watch their socials for what's on the counter, as the donuts of doom and other pastries are not a daily occurence and in high demand. In the warmer months the kids liked the outside seating and collecting their garden pebbles. So caters to all interests. No indoor bits for sits so drop and go in the cooler times

Visited for Beignet Sunday ...we had been meaning to go for weeks.. and it did not disappoint. Good choice of toppings and sauces, and we took some cakes away for later which were heaven !(Chocolate ginger loaf and pecan pie.... delicious) The only drawback of sitting in is that there are no customer toilets. I had to nip across the street and ask the italian restaurant if I could use theirs (which thankfully they were lovely about)

First Impressions always count and on this basis this establishment failed spectacularly. 1.phoned ahead to enquire about a product... result nobody answered phone. 2.unable to sit in we decided to sample some bakery goods. After our first choice the server ( in a pink t shirt) turned round and started cleaning the coffe machine. After afew mins i had to say excuse me to get his attention. We went to this establishment as my daughter is GF and after reading the reviews we would pay a visit. I ordered some other goods and he turned his back on us again. Obviously something was more important than a paying customer and a potential new regular customer. Level of hygiene poor why in an cafe/ bakery is the staff not using tongs to lift the products into bags. Not impressed. Finally after spending our money i enquired about toilets..... there are none!! How can this type of establishment not have toilets even for paying customers and maybe staff??? . His solution is to walk across to TriBeca and use their toilets. I think not. We travelled from the other side of the city to try this place and will certainly NOT be returning. If you cant use basic food hygiene and offer a toilet my money will be...

Hi there Calum,

I am the victim of finding a hair in my cakes. I understand that you offered a refund for a single item (not good enough in my opinion). Considering I was put off by the whole order I had purchased which cost roughly £25. I would have been 100% satisfied if I was offered a full refund as I am sure you would be put off the whole order too.

This is complete nonsense as a loyal customer and I won’t be returning thankfully due to my knowledge of food hygiene protocols and Food Standards Scotland (FSS) would be appalled to know that your business regulations do not state that your staff should wear hair nets as contamination with physical hazards can still occur whether hair is tied back or not.

As a gluten free bakery, I’m pretty certain you are aware of contamination risks with gluten never mind hair.

No follow up email was sent to my partner regarding the issue so it’s clear to see where the customer sits in terms of priority.

Have a great Christmas and a...

Over a month ago I ordered gluten free scones and allergy free cupcakes (extensive allergenies including, dairy, soya, nuts and wheat). These are for my daughters wedding on Islay on 27th September. As my guest has such allergies it was fabulous to find somewhere to make her cupcakes (asshe can't eat the wedding cake or afternoon tea on arrival at the reception).

However, I have just collected my order and was told that the cupcakes had soya in them so they were not allergen free. The girl serving said my requirements had not been passed to the kitchen! Although it was clearly displayed on the order. She did suggest a nice bit of allergy free. However as opposed to removing the soya filled cakes off my bill, she also added on the cost of the ginger cake! 0 out of 10 for customer service. And 0 out of 10 for giving me cakes that my guest can't eat and could have had very bad consequences. Very disappointed...
