Kebab City Glasgow — Restaurant in Great Britain

Been ordering from this place during the lockdown. Was pretty impressed with the freshly cut slices of Donner kebab the first 3deliverys but 4th delivery on thurs was horrible..the meat was awful and nasty,just grizzled and end bits and pieces..a Donner is only worth buying or eating when its freshly made and cut with strips of meat and we requested the sauce separately as when they pour it on the kebab ,you get a soggy spoilt and naan, even the salad looked and tasted slimy...like I said I was impressed at the earlier orders but the latest was a turn off...don't think I,ll ordering again from here..you got to have constinccy and ot a Russian roulette and,,if your paying good money then it shouldn't be to hard to ask for...

Order came 40 minutes late, received the wrong order when it finally arrived and was ignored by the delivery driver when I tried to bring this to his attentio, the food we did receive was a small kebab (I ordered a large) and the kebab was all end bit of scrap meat I wouldn't feed to the dog. I then phoned to ask for a refund and was told after much confusion to get my refund through just eat (the app I ordered the food on) I was then sent through 1 hour and 2 different people and I still hadn't received my refund. They can keep the £9 as its the last penny they will receive from me, I will not be ordering fr here again and i have deleted the just eat app due to...

Great Food if you the guy taking you're order can understand basic English , the owner Jazz is a joke thinks he can close whenever it suits him despite his menus and website clearly stating its open until 11.30pm ordered at 10.40pm to be called back at 11pm 2 weeks in a row that there shutting early and cancelled my both my order's on route despite accepting the order online !!! me the and my family have been customers for over 12 year's and all he does is increase prices and get orders incorrect despite reapetadaly trying to give customer feedback so he can improve his business but falls on deaf ears unfortunately hell mend you mate complete waste of space...
