A dangerous place to be staying next door to. Ordered something from here every day of our 10 day holiday. The only thing we had that wasn't great was the regular scotch pie. Extremely salty. Maybe a dud batch though so don't be put off just in case. Everything else was top tier. Highlights for me were the haggis and mash pie and the custard danish. Staff are really friendly and efficient and if you have a dog with you and you are nice they will serve you through the open window. Our dog was even treated to a bit of bacon 🥓 for good behaviour which meant he then waited there every day thinking he would get something 🙂 Walking back from the Co-Op one day I overheard a little girl say to her mum "Even better than Greggs" about their sausage rolls and she's not wrong. Do yourself a favour and grab yourself some brunch / lunch from here and pop next door to Edgewater for a pint (they will allow outside food midweek) or sit on the sea front and enjoy the view (see pics). 5 Stars Ignore the review from Bobby Walker, he's obviously a miserable git 🙄

What a place. We had a day trip on Arran during our week holiday to The Highlands and what a gem Wooley’s is! I’d researched Arran before our visit and Wooley’s was mentioned, so we had to pay a visit. Mac N Cheese pie is next level. Fantastic value as well, breakfast and lunch for 3 of us (3 hot items, 3 filled rolls, 3 cakes, 3 bottles of drink) came to less than £25!

Not a huge range of vegan options—when I visited, it was down to either a cauliflower pasty or a sausage roll. Unfortunately, no croissants available, so I went with the sausage roll for breakfast. It was okay—slightly overbaked and a bit dry for my taste—but I do appreciate that they had at least a couple of vegan choices.

Myself and my son were discriminated against by a member of staff here a few days ago.

I was told scary stories to justify the staff members attitude.

This morning I checked the validity of the claims made, turns out this person lied to justify the discrimination.

I know for a fact these claims are lies as I checked with all relevant authorities including Public Health Scotland who confirmed these claims were in fact untrue.

I have multiple legitimate issues and should not have to discuss any of these with anyone except my doctor, this member of staff said "I must identify publicly my medical issues". (When I informed I have several issues I don't want to declare them all, they actually stated I should pick one. I had to end the conversation and stated its impossible for me to pick one)

For starters the attitude was appalling in the first instance, but the responses and questioning got worse. It was made worse by the lies and scare mongering.

I left without purchase and will never buy a Wooley's product again.

Had this been me in my role, I would not likely have a job for long. Its a shame some people are using current affairs as an excuse to treat people badly and without...

I'm not normally a pie person but the steak pie I had was out if this world! It was full of pulled steak and I mean full, not just a little and topped up with veg but pure steak with the right amount of gravy. The pastry was so thin and crispy, none of that soggy bottom stuff. It left me wanting more!! I have never eaten or seen another pie like it. The bread rolls were amazing, as were the sweet treats... best millionaires shortbread ever, and the coconut and raspberry shortbread- YUM! A MUST...
