Burger King — Restaurant in Sefton

First time visit today...disapointed on many levels...only 2 staff on tills, with a long queue. Reading reviews this has been a common issue. Order was wrong ....twice...by the time hubbys order was sorted my meal had cooled somewhat but still edible..we were not the only ones who returned their orders. At first glance the lady who was cleaning appeared very conscientious...clearing and wiping tables continuously on the go. But as I sat down and waited for hubby to join me , I watched her closely,I was going to complement her....however..she used the same blue cloth to wipe all the tables, no issue there maybe but she then cleaned toilets, bins and counter with said cloth. She emptied bin, blew her nose on a tissue all without her hands seeing any soap. I noticed a member of staff come on duty...enter through door to left of counter...put a cap on and proceeded to cooking area..again I saw no evidence of hand hygiene. I have worked in many areas and I have used different colour washclothes for specific areas.. ..surely a company like BK would have a universal system in place. The meal was left...

This place Avoid like the plague .3rd an last visit.never toilet roll in loo.very very minging dirty toilet looks like never CLEANED every visit.i had no where else to go in disabled loos.Staff are nice but dim. No brains on ordering a meal n water for grandchild.The reply was I can't work the till I'm new,then I'll get the girl.who said sorry I don't know what you mean a kids meal?? Oh yeah you have to have burger or veggie burger.I said I've just explained he doesn't eat these things only want a large chips n water with a toy .4.00pounds in all? It's not macys was the reply.I know it isn't but you can buy a toy ,small water and chips and its not £4.00 .In the end I gave it her.Totally dim with no common sense too young to serve until trained correctly.can I have toilet roll in loo? Reply oh isn't there any in there and we may not have any ,I'll go ask my manager.waited 20 minutes then after 4th request got it.Just don't go in this...

Horrible place, yesterday we were there, it was 7:30 in the afternoon and they did not close until 11 at night. But they had tables without chairs, some chairs were on top of the tables, while we were waiting for our food one of the chairs fell from the ones they had on top of the tables just a few centimeters from my grandson, we really got a big scare. The bins were turned upside down so they couldn't be used and the bathrooms were closed, because they told us they had already been cleaned. I didn't want to open them so my 4 year old grandson could get in. We finally got them to open for us and they were out of paper and very dirty, I had to clean them so my grandson could pee. Although the food is not bad, I certainly do not plan to return...
