Greggs — Restaurant in Sefton

I went here this morning (Thursday 24th December 2020) and was shocked at the poor service I recieved.

With it being Christmas Eve, I wanted a nice Gregg's breakfast, choosing a Sausage Baguette and a refreshing pure orange juice to drink. Yet, I recieve a surprise when I open the bag after leaving the shopping centre. It turned out that there were three sausages and two eggs.

Seriously, I am sick and tired of people not being able to follow basic instructions. On the other hand, I was not shocked that I was given the incorrect item, considering that the ignorant staff were too busy joking around with each other rather than focussing on the order they were being paid to prepare.

Also, I find it rather concerning that this happened, as I may not have looked before consuming and I may have been allergic to egg. Luckily, I'm not, but somebody else could be.

The staff here need to take a look at their counterparts up in Crosby. They provide much better service and they can listen to customers.

Quite frankly appalling, I would give it zero...

Just been to grab a pasty from here and it was stone cold, could barely describe it as luke warm. Nobody wants a cold bean and sausage pasty it was grim. Not to mention can't be great for health purposes to have cold pastrys sat around, no idea how long it was sat there 🤢 I would have gone back and said something but I was in a hurry...

I finally decided to jump on the bandwagon and try their vegan sausage rolls. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. I couldn't tell it wasn't real sausage meat, and even found them to be more favourable. I think I'll definitely be ordering these in the future when I treat myself to a...
