Went today for a kids easter party which was good and ordered food however the food was awful! The kids pizzas were cold and were soggy where they'd been frozen and not heated enough, I asked for them to be replaced they came back the same pretty much the manager came over and asked me was they OK I said not really picked the pizza up and water dripped off it onto the plate literally! So she said it must be the batch of them the kids left them my meal was supposed to have onion rings I asked and the manager said yes did I not get any which I didn't she said il refund your meal I said don't worry as didn't want to make a fuss to which she said no I will and said I don't know whats going on with the chef today half an hour later nothing so asked a member of staff for the manager and my refund she said shel come and see you now another half an hour went by nothing as I left she was nowhere to be seen so did not get refunded anything! Its a shame because its a nice pub with a nice beer garden but I would never get food there again! My mum had said to me to let her know how it was as she wanted to book in but non of us would order food...

Most awful customer service I have EVER received I would never normally leave a bad review , but after some confusion of the staff (not us) bringing over the wrong food order from another table we were told they would take the food away but after 30 minutes of still waiting we went in to check what was happening to have the food taken away and re brought out with a VERY BAD attitude saying it was our fault and problem because we didn’t return the food straight away even after saying it wasn’t our order and they never let us know or took it away ,I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here with staff like that very unprofessional and the most rude customer service I have ever received ! I don’t know who the woman was I never got her name but the if you want this business to take off (we went mid Sunday and it was empty should of been a sign of what was to come ) I wouldn recommend either the lady who was rude not being customer facing or kept away in the back or even sacked...

Lived in Lydiate all my life (30+) years & always used to love the Coach. Never ever again. Met there for a date back in MARCH. Lashing down with rain so we both ran in. Next thing partner gets a letter with a parking fine. I rang the pub & they said the car park machines only been there since Jan & they could get it sorted. We rang NUMEROUS times & spoke to numerous people who reassured us that it would get sorted, theyd contacted Parking Eye. It is now SEPTEMBER & a CCJ has been issued! Rang the pub who wiped their hands of it. Was told to call Parking Eye. Absolute joke. I will never step foot in there again, neither will my family who have been regulars over 30 years. If we'd have known it was going to cause this much hassle we would have just paid the original fine but the pub reassurred us it would all be sorted!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR...
