Went to go into the shop yesterday at 4.58, the door was locked. All the food, (cakes and bread) were still out and the lights on. There were 2 women behind the counter, who saw me, but ignored me. Went in for my lunch and the sand which I picked the lady said had the wrong label on so I was asked to pick another which I then noticed has mould on the bread. I watched the lady behind the counter try to scrape the mould of my sandwich which I then said I would like a fresh one. The lady then said it was because it had the wrong label on. I went to the bakery last Friday with my mother in law who goes in to the bakery regularly who is very impressed with the shop its produce and the welcome .. They are always looked after there by every member of staff especially Elaine.
