Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sefton

Foods nice but gets deliverys from 12 30 am to 2 30 am most nights. Manager said it's agency drivers so can't change the hours and can not tell them all to be quiet as it's a different driver every night. I don't know why they all have head phones in ears. Maybe it's because undoing the ratchets straps and what sounds like skipping and seeing how far they can throw them in the back hurts there ear drums not like us that was tucked up in bed. We do have the hum of the fridge unit permanently running that must be to drown out their shouts to each other then to drag the cages from the front of the lorry to the back then throw one crate from inside the back down onto the pavement one at a time. Then pull the basket down the side into the front door of Costa when they have a empty car park and loading door at the Back? Oh and I didn't know the high way code changes at night silly me, you can park on the wrong side of the road on double yellows and two yellow markings on the kurb (No parking at any time) with the tail lift banged half way down so if you come off the main road into the side street you can have a free sun roof ! How about that 👍 On a positive note some drivers did say they will pass the information on to the head office, didn't say what year tho! but we have moved out now and are getting sleep again. Sorry to all our old neighbours at least I know what to get them for...

My mum visited Costa coffee when the place was near empty. She is 90 and uses a mobile scooter to get around as she is bad on her feet. Mum managed to go inside to get her drink then came outside whilst another lady who used a walking stick was being helped by one of the staff to carry her drink and cake out. Mum asked the same young lady if she would mind getting her a cake. Which she was happy to do, mum handed over the money. A minute later the member of staff returned and told mum she would havto go back inside to get her own cake...the shop was empty mind. The manager said she couldn't take the cake out for my mum...Really costa., you should be ashamed, where is the help and compassion for the elderly and disabled?.get a grip... my mum was very upset and didn't bother finishing her coffee. It spoilt...

One of the slowest costas in regards to service, you'd think it was a busy city centre store. Stood waiting to be served for 10 mins so walked out as wasn't going to get a drink in time. The girl who was cleaning had walked to the entrance and saw there was a spilt hot chocolate all over the tiles. Instead of going to sort it straight away she decided to go behind the counter to get her drink for a minute then went brushing the floor. Another customer told the staff serving that it was a hazard but they said someone will sort it in a minute. Five minutes later nobody could be bothered so before I left told the staff again that it was on camera that your staff had seen it and walked away without doing anything so if anyone slips you will get sued.
