Cafe on the Vine — Restaurant in Sevenoaks

I went to this cafe expecting a nice quiet and cozy space to get my drinks however I was met with limited options of drinks not even having iced coffee, lates etc.. to quench my thirst especially in this hot weather and was severely disappointed by this but no where near as dissapotinted at I was with the atrocious service, she was rather cold, blunt and could not borrow some napkins on request and was told I had to purchase an item in the cafe to do so but when finally I bought a drink and then asked for a napkin she begrudgingly whipped out one.singular.napkin even reluctantly handing me one.This whole interaction seemed very unwelcome and I will not be going here again. (Plus they don't even have sugar sachets to grab and pour into your hot drink you have to ask behind the counter to do so in which she will begrudgingly get for u as well and even more to add on to this cafe experience the hot drinks are almost a bismal as your better off just making yourself one at home and is NOT...

Unfortunately confronted by a very rude lady serving coffee today who abruptly told me - put your dog on a lead. They were on the grass in front of the bandstand, with my husband, whilst I entered the cafe for two takeaway coffees. She didn’t even greet me - when I greeted her ahead of ordering.

My dogs are two 12+ year old pin mins and weren’t causing any disturbance what so ever.

Somewhat unnecessary rudeness from the local community, who run this cafe. I cancelled the order and will not frequent again! Please be decent and respectful to your customers - we are trying to support the high street and...
