Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sevenoaks

I went to this costa and it was the best experience ever! The server, Brynn, was very polite and well mannered, and he was extremely fast in making my cappuccino, Aatrox edition. Moreover, I asked if I could have some fiz sugar and he gave me some, and I was extremely happy with the performance of this champion sugar.

We had casual conversation while I was waiting, and we talked about the best places to go on holiday , and Brynn said he wanted to go to Turkey because of the sea of different places that can be explored there. We also talked about how amazing Costa is and how much he loves his job. If I had not come to this Costa, I would have been homeless as I had lost my job the week before. If it had not been for Brynn's motivational me and telling me "I can do it", I would have probably killed myself. This goes to show the importance of good staff in places such as Costa and other branches.

Brynn was kind. Brynn was professional. Brynn went the extra mile to make sure the plague in my mind had been abolished, like the Black Death.

By the time I had finished my conversation with Brynn, I was feeling confident, happy, and extremely grateful. Because of Brynn's extremely amazing treatment towards me, I was able to get a good job the week after I went to this Costa.

Inflation was a murderer, but despite this, I would definitely be happy to buy a cappuccino from this Costa again given that Brynn served me, as he indirectly saved my life.

I urge anyone who goes to talk to Brynn, as he breathes kindness, and I am confident you will have a positive time. If Brynn was not polite, I would have ended up at the bottom of the marina trench filled with pain, pressure, and a mountain of debt.

Three members of inept staff were on duty this morning (04/01/2019), who appeared to be busy fools. They even asked each other who had served who and what had been made for whom, constantly referencing the mess of order tickets. Really disorganised. It didn't appear to be all that clean behind the counter and there were many tables with dirty cups and plates. Fair enough it was slightly busy but we waited over ten minutes in the queue, with at least five of those minutes at the very front of the queue to be served next. We didn't receive even the most basic of acknowledgement of our existence. No eye contact, no "good morning" and no "we will be with you in a moment". The same for the growing queue behind me. We waited far too long to be served so we left and will not return to Costa Coffee (Edenbridge) again. It seems clear that Costa Coffee needs to provide their staff at this branch, with some desperately required customer service training and close guidance on how to dress correctly using the Costa uniform, as all three looked unwashed and unkempt. Have used Costa branches before, but this one is not in good condition. There were no cups clean, so that even though we had stated we were sitting in rather than taking away, we were given disposable take away cups - bad for the environment as well. Additionally, there were no clean tables so we cleared one for ourselves. Other customers also had to take trays full.of dirty cups back to the counter as they had been left on tables. I understand that there are very busy periods in cafes, but even though the queue was down to one customer, all the time we were in there no-one came to clear the tables around us.
