We have been ordering from here for years and have had some great dishes. Tonight it was my partner's birthday and we treated ourselves. Aswell as starters and sundries, we ordered 2 curries which we had not tried before. One was a tandoori butter chicken and another a King prawn curry. Instead of a curry we received a rice dish with prawns in and the tandoori butter chicken looked and tasted like tandoori chicken pieces in custard sauce. It was totally inedible. My partner took it back to the store and the response of the guy serving was completely dismissive. He smiled and said there was nothing he could do about it. He said that the dishes we had chosen were his bestsellers which is not true and it was our fault for choosing something we didn't like. Instead of putting things right they made us even more upset. Absolutely fuming !!!🤬 We have ordered from this curry house for years and we order at least once a week we've had the odd few orders we've waited far too long for, but we ordered tonight at 7.02pm, and 8.30pm a lady said it had left 15 minutes ago and was on the way, she actually should of said I order was lost, another 15 minutes went by NO FOOD rang again he said it will be 5 minutes, still no food 10 minutes later at 9.15pm we get a knock at door to a delivery driver offering our food,with £7 off which is insulting, we had to send him away as we had to order somewhere else, the driver with an attitude also said to us we had only ordered an hour ago!,🤬 so annoyed we are so regular to this takeaway and it is so nice but this has massively annoyed me and now we will not ever use them again 2 hours 10 minutes is a lot of time to have to wait, especially after...

Usually nice and have been ordering now for a decade, but have you changed management/chef? Tonight's order (6/8) was awful - took forever, food was all cold, curry incorrect, the chips were raw and the chapati had someone else's curry smeared on it, and the order smelled of a scent almost like perfume (And no poppadoms either!). I ended up throwing the lot and ordering elsewhere. Would really like a refund please and confirmation if this is a one off or not before ordering again. Thanks.

Update: no refund, no apologies. Tried ordering again the other day and got sent fish when I ordered chicken (which i'm allergic too). Chips were also raw again. Again, no refund or apology. Not how you expect to be treated after ordering weekly for a decade. Won't...
