Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Sheffield

Pizza never a problem, but we place big orders for work and always have issues with delivery. Last order we had the uber driver said it was delivered then we caught him giving them away to the builders merchants opposite! We called the manager to tell him and couldn't be more apologetic. He advised next time we place an order he will send one of his own drivers and also "see us right". We placed an order today, the manager wasnt in but the staff member said he would speak to the manager and come back to us. No call back, still booked on with an uber driver and no seeing us right. I've always had a good Pappa John's but on this order the pattato wedges were undercooked and some of them were green in colour! I contacted my local branch on Penistone Road and was told I was the first person to complain about wedges but then went on to tell me that customers usually ring the branch and ask for their order of wedges to be placed through the oven for a second time. If no one complains why do other customers request this, I find this hard to believe and even though the branch offered to give me the wedges free next time I'll be ordering from their competitor Domino's or Pizza...

Worse experience ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I’ve waited 2 hours for my pizza and it still hasn’t come. Ive been fasting all day. It will arrive cold. I’ve been calling them and they don’t answer. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only time they did answer she offered me a discount on my next order. That’s the most useless thing.
