This is a rather repulsive and shambolic branch of KFC. I have visited many branches of KFC in the UK and all of them are far superior to this one. The Asian/Indian female member of staff behind the counter (with the plaster on their nose) can only be described in the following terms: unprofessional, rude, idiotic, badly trained and extremely ill mannered. This individual should not be serving customers in a face to face capacity as they possess embarrassingly bad customer service skills. This pathetic excuse for a staff member has no clue on how to communicate with customers and judging by the perpetually miserable expression on their face they clearly hate working at KFC. Are KFC's standards that low that they would place an ill-mannered, miserable, badly trained idiot like this behind the counter to interact with customers? Several other customers have noted the foul attitude of this member of staff, so KFC management need to be proactive and ensure that this idiot is not in a face to face customer service position. If customers are paying hard earned money, then they deserve to be treated with respect at the very least and this basic concept is apparently too difficult for this moronic member of staff to understand. I would strongly suggest the following: take this person off the counter and make sure they are properly trained. Basic customer service skills include using words such as 'please' and 'thank you' and this is something that anyone with any level of intelligence would understand. This member of staff clearly lacks basic intelligence judging by their pathetically bad conduct and complete lack of manners. Other members of staff have also displayed poor customer service skills and a general bad attitude (though none of them are as embarrassingly bad as the Asian/Indian woman with the plaster on their nose). So I would strongly suggest that management conduct an overall review of staff morale and attitude in this establishment. Also there are concerning issues with the quality of the food in this place. I can state with confidence that out of the many KFC branches I have visited, this particular branch has the worst food in terms of the quality, packaging and presentation. Read moreThe staff taking the order was having a hard time speaking the language which is totally fine but then when I got my order half of it was missing. I had no receipt because their receipt machine wasn't working so I didn't have anything to show them. Once I realised I had things missing , I went back and had to wait in the queue. There was a really long queue and the lady was struggling to take orders, there wasn't enough staff so she was taking one order and then putting it together and then giving it and then taking the next order. Because of this I had to wait for 30+ minutes in the queue just because she got my order wrong and because she couldn't manage everything properly. When it was my turn, I told her how she got my order wrong and she wasn't admitting it and I didn't have any receipt to show because I wasn't given one. She went back in the kitchen and then told me that I was right and she will get the rest of it given to me soon. When my order was ready , it was sitting there for 5-10 minutes while she was busy talking to customers. Someone in the kitchen knew called her because they realised that it was their mistake and that I should get my order and she was still doing her thing. I finally got the rest of it but by then all the previous things I ordered were sitting there and got cold. Read moreEdit - A fine customer service response; pushing the blame onto Uber Eats, when it was their staff incompetence who caused the issue. For clarification; Uber Eats did as much as they could and were kind enough to offer vouchers, but when a restaurant confirms a delivery instead of cancelling it, and then refuses to make the food when the delivery driver questions it, there's not much in the way Uber can help. I'll say again - scummy behaviour.
Beware - Don't order via Uber Eats!! They scammed £20 off me last night by leaving an order on for over an hour - food was never even made or delivered. They told my driver it was cancelled even though it was left on the app, and I ended up being forced to pay for it still. Tried to ring them and they hung up without speaking.
