KFC Sheffield - Penistone Road — Restaurant in Sheffield

I am a regular and visit at least twice a week to buy our family meals. The Manager of this KFC called (Andrea) is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. She has absolutely no customer care skills or politeness whatsoever. we visited as a small family to order food and asked for specific pieces of chicken and she replied with a loud voice excuse me but I can give you what I have. So I said, that's fine but if you don't have what I want then i will order something else and at the same time, How much is my orders total. She then replied excuse me, be patient I am checking for your pieces. So I said that's very rude customer service fora manager of KFC. I moved on stood to one side and waited for my meals to get ready. She then got the meals ready and said, Next time you speak to me like that I won't serve you ( as if she was doing me a favour) what did I do? Very bad customer service. absolutely appalled. Ordered a 3 price variety meal when I got home I had got 3 peices of chicken chips and a side that I'd swapped from a drink! Got told when I called that I'd payed for a 3 peice meal and it was my own fault for not checking the order in the car park??? After been shouted at and talked over I asked to speak to speak to her manager I was told she was the manager and basically tough luck I'd got what I'd payed for! I have no idea of the price list for KFC after a huge argument from her she just said that was that and she wasn't going to replace the meal or offer something as a good will gesture I'm absolutely disgusted I will not be eating at KFC ever again!!!! Disgusting KFC such bad manners, unless rude and obnoxious manager! Why would I open the food in the car you keep it wrapped to keep it warm till you get home I live 40 mins away so needed to keep as warm as possible! Fuming...

Fantastic Experience at KFC Penistone Road!

I recently visited the KFC on Penistone Road and had a genuinely great experience. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were friendly, efficient, and got our order spot-on with minimal waiting time—even during a busy period.

The food was exactly what you’d hope for from KFC—hot, crispy, and fresh. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy inside with that signature crunchy coating. The fries were golden and seasoned just right, and the Zinger burger was full of flavor with just the right amount of spice.

What really stood out was how helpful and courteous the team were—especially when we had a couple of special requests. It’s always nice when staff go the extra mile without being asked.
